ADELAIDE ITINERARY
We’ll be jetting off to Adelaide on Wednesday 9th July, where we will be staying at The Stamford Grand Glenelg for 5 nights. This is a rare opportunity to compete at national level in a fun, competitive environment. The 2025 Karate Australia National Championships is set to feature some of Australia’s finest competitors and will be the best yet.

If athletes wish to extend their stay with family or come on a later flight, they much register on the Land Only package. Once you’re registered, you can organise your own travel arrangements or get in touch with our team to assist.

All flights will depart from the Virgin Australia Domestic Terminal. Departing from Perth this is Terminal 1. Please refer to your flight E-Ticket for the Terminal in your destination city. Check in will be required at each airport, via the Kiosks or the relevant check in counters.
No online check in will be available.
Virgin Australia are pleased to offer complimentary water, tea and coffee. A variety of customer favourite food and drinks will also be available for purchase from the Virgin Australia onboard menu.

Return Airport transfers are included for the all-inclusive package. Ground transportation from the Hotel to Venue (National Championships) is included in both packages.

We recommend arriving 90 minutes before your flight. HOWEVER, please wait for communication from the State about check-in times.
Yes, however to ensure this can happen, both athletes will need to register together in the same registration through the portal.
Yes all passengers must carry a photo id with them for all flights.
Trip extensions are possible however they are subject to additional fare collection and reissue fees.
Yes though there are daily fees, paid directly to the hotel.
(refer to the WAKF appropriate Guidelines for this)
Yes to secure your place the deposit needs to be paid at time of registration. The deposit is non-refundable.
Virgin Australia offer food to purchase onboard. The menu is limited and we recommend purchasing snacks prior to boarding.
Yes, you can take your own water/soft drinks on board.
Packages are non refundable and we strongly recommend Travel Insurance in case of illness or injury in the event you are unable to travel.
