Guests registered through this page will stay from 19 to 24 August in Deluxe Rooms on a single occupancy basis, with breakfast included daily. The additional night on 19 August provides a relaxed early arrival before the main group program begins.
The itinerary includes a welcome cocktail party, Schneider Factory Tour, private Jeep food and city tour, cooking class, Vietnamese dining experiences and a half-day Cu Chi Tunnels tour.

19 August | Early Arrival
Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City
Guests arrive in Ho Chi Minh City and transfer privately to The Reverie Saigon Hotel.
After checking in to their Deluxe Rooms, the remainder of the day is available to settle in and enjoy the hotel or surrounding area.
20 August | Main Group Arrival and Welcome Dinner
Welcome dinner cocktail party
The main group arrives in Ho Chi Minh City and joins the early-arrival guests at The Reverie Saigon Hotel.
In the evening, the full group attends a welcome cocktail party with free-flow drinks.
Venue: Designer Lounge, private room, 8th Floor, The Reverie Saigon Hotel.
21 August | Schneider Factory Tour and Jeep Tour
Schneider Factory Tour including lunch
The group will take part in a Schneider Factory Tour. Lunch is included, with final arrangements to be confirmed.
In the evening, guests enjoy a private Jeep Tour Saigon by Night, combining food, local culture and city sights.
22 August | Cooking Class and Dinner
Private Saigon cooking class
Guests take part in a private Saigon cooking experience.
In the evening, the group enjoys a Vietnamese set dinner at SH Garden Restaurant, including free-flow local beer and soft drinks.
23 August | Cu Chi Tunnels and Final Dinner
Cu Chi Tunnels half-day tour including lunch
The group will enjoy a half-day tour to the Cu Chi Tunnels, with lunch included.
That evening, guests will come together for dinner at Vi Saigon Restaurant.
24 August | Departure Day
Check-out and departure
Guests check out of The Reverie Saigon Hotel and transfer by private coach for their return journey.
