What happens if Port Adelaide don't qualify?

This package will not proceed and will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. The non-refundable nature of your deposit is explained in the next question.

What important information do I need to know about COVID-19?

During your attendance at the 2021 Toyota AFL Grand Final, you must comply with any direction given by the AFL (or TASA on behalf of the AFL) and the venue, including in relation to social distancing requirements, and any direction or guidance given by the government, including any and all directions of the Western Australian Government Chief Health Officer, in relation to the current COVID-19 outbreak.

Notwithstanding any other provision of these terms and conditions, should the 2021 Toyota AFL Grand Final be cancelled due to COVID-19, you will receive a refund of payment made to TASA for your package less your non-refundable deposit of $90 per booking.

Individual name, mobile number and email (or address where individual does not have an email account) will be required for all patrons purchasing this package.  You acknowledge, even with rigorous capacity and control measures in place at matches, there remains an unquantifiable risk of transmission of viral illness including COVID-19 at a match at this time and you have considered that risk and your own personal circumstances, including any health condition or vulnerability that you may have or that of persons whom you will be in close contact with following your attendance at a match.

You acknowledge that, for a small number of people, COVID-19 has very serious health consequences. By attending a match you (and any persons who attend the match with you) acknowledge and accept these obvious risks.

This package is sold subject to Optus Stadium Conditions of Entry and by purchasing this you agree to comply with these conditions.  Click here to view Optus Stadium’s frequently asked questions.  All personal details are collected in line with the TASA Privacy Policy and the AFL Privacy Policy.

Why my deposit is still non-refundable if the team doesn't qualify?

Travel agents act as agents. When you make a booking, in almost all circumstances, the funds are transferred to the supplier and not held by the travel agent. When you cancel a booking, the supplier, not the agent, determines whether you receive a credit or a refund depending on the terms and conditions of purchase. If a refund is applicable, the agent has to wait for that money to be paid back to the agent before the agent is in a position to pass the money back to the consumer. If the end supplier is offering a credit, the agent is only in a position to offer a credit.

$90.00 Deposits. Travel and Sports Australia reserves the right to require a deposit in addition to any deposits required by a Provider (“TASA Deposit”). The TASA Deposit will be deducted off the balance of your invoice (no additional cost) but will be retained by Travel and Sports Australia (non-refundable) in the event that the travel or other services are not provided by the Provider. For example, Travel and Sports Australia request a TASA Deposit of $90.00 to cover service and booking fee charges payable to TASA, which will not be refunded if the travel or other services are later not provided. The TASA Deposit will be deducted from the cost of the travel or other services payable to the Travel Providers, in the case the Airlines and Hotel Properties and there will be no additional cost to you if the travel or other services are provided. If the travel or other services are cancelled, Travel and Sports Australia will retain the TASA as payment for services provided by Travel and Sports Australia including the non-refundable payments made to the Travel Providers.

What should I expect once I have booked and paid my non-refundable deposit?
    • Once you’ve made your booking, you will receive an email from us summarizing the following details:
    • Your booking confirmation
    • Your payment schedule / invoice (if applicable)
    • Your travel Itinerary and travel information
    • Your payment receipt
    • Travel document collection procedure

Are transfers from the airport to the hotel and/or hotel to the airport included?
  • Selected packages include return coach airport transfers. See individual package details to find out if packages include transfers.
Do I need travel insurance?
  • We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover certain personal, baggage and cancellation risks. One of our specialized consultants would be happy to provide you with a quote.
What if I change my mind?
  • All payments are non refundable. By submitting your deposit payment, Travel & Sports Australia via eWay will debit your credit card for the remaining balance payment on Sunday 12th September 2021 on the condition the Port Adelaide qualify for the 2021 Toyota AFL Grand Final.
When do I have to pay in full?
  • Your $90 per person deposit will be deducted from your total package price should Port Adelaide qualify for the 2021 Toyota AFL Grand Final.
  • Travel & Sports Australia via eWay will debit your credit card for the remaining balance payment on Sunday 12th September 2021 on the condition that Port Adelaide qualify for the 2021 Toyota AFL Grand Final.
How do I make the final payment?

  • Travel & Sports Australia will reserve the right to cancel your booking should the funds will not be received by the due date and that there are no refunds for unused services.
