Rugby's most prestigious sevens tournament, the Hong Kong 7's, is now in it's 35th year and still rates amongst the most exciting forms of the game. With a buzzing, party atmosphere, the entire rugby-playing community converges on the beautiful city of Hong Kong for 3 days of fast-paced and intense action. 24 teams from around the world battle it out for the winners trophy, simply named "The Cup"

It's a place where careers are ignited, with the likes of former Wallabies skipper George Gregan using the 7's tournament to get his start on the international scene.
