2010 sees the continuation of a rich tradition in Australian football. The idea for the modern Anzac Day clash was conceived in the mid 90's by AFL legend Kevin Sheedy - himself an army draftee - to honour the Anzac spirit and those who have served our country.

Since 1995 this fixture has been the most highly anticipated and the most well-attended match outside of the AFL Grand Final. Whether you're a 'Pies or Bombers fan or just love the game of Aussie Rules, this is one Australian sporting event that has to be experienced to be fully appreciated.
