 5. Can I purchase an event ticket only?

No, we are only licensed to sell match tickets as part of our land packages.

6. Where will my seats be in the stadium?

Exact placement of seating cannot be guaranteed, but we always endeavour to provide our clients with premium seating at most events. The only exception to this is the “big” games.

7. I don’t see my favourite team listed. Can you arrange a package for me?

Yes, we can customise a package to all major sporting events. Please ask us for further information.

For most events tickets will be supplied approximately 2 weeks before departure. If we do not have tickets available prior to your departure we will arrange delivery of your match tickets to the hotel you are staying at.

9. How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your order has been processed and a deposit received you are confirmed on a package deal. Please read our Terms and Conditions for further information.

10. Once I have booked and paid a deposit on my package, how long do I have to cancel?

Deposits are non-refundable however refunds are subject to our policies. Please read our Terms and Conditions for further information.

11. How can I pay for my package?

12. What time do I have to check-in at the airport?

Qantas require all passengers to ensure that they are checked-in at least 30 minutes before flight departure. If you are not check-in at least 15 minutes before departure, you may forfeit your seat. Travel and Sports Australia strongly recommend you arrive at the airport 60 minutes before departure as check-in can be congested at peak times.

13. My frequent flyer points have not generated to my account, what must I do?

In some instances frequent flyer numbers are not generated and all passengers should retain their boarding passes until they see their points appear on their statements. If your points have not been credited to your account, you should contact the Qantas frequent flyer centre and forward them a copy of your boarding pass.

14. Can I request a specific seat on the plane?

Domestic carriers in Australia (Qantas and Virgin) do not pre-allocate seats for passengers. A seating request can be entered into your booking however the airlines will not guarantee your request.

15. Do I need travel insurance?

Travel and Sports Australia strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover certain personal, baggage and cancellation risks. Please ask us for insurance information to meet your travel needs.
